As per the order of this Tribunal dated 28.12.2022 the Appellant was directed to pay the balance amount payable towards pre-deposit in two instalments. The first instalment was due on 18.01.2023 and the second instalment was due on 01.02.2023. The Applicant has filed an application seeking an extension of time to pay the first instalment due on 18.01.2023.
Considering the submissions made and the pleadings of the application for adjournment extension of time the application is allowed and the instalment which was due on 18.01.2023 shall be paid together with the instalment due on 01.02.2023.
