The matter is taken up for hearing by way of praecipe filed by the Appellant for seeking urgent relief.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank submits that even though a notice for dispossessing the Appellant has been issued. They do not for the meanwhile intend to dispossess him for the secured assets. The S.A. No. 93/2023 is still pending consideration before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur (D.R.T). 2. The Ld. Counsel appearing for the parties agreed that the disposal of the S.A. would be sufficient in the interest of justice.
