I.A. No. 407/2023 is an application for impleading the assignee of the debt from the 1st Respondent. The lD. Counsel for the 1st Respondent has proposed a substitution in view of the assignment of the debt by the first Respondent to the proposed 3rd Respondent.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that he wants both the assignor and the assignee to be on the party array because certain allegations are made against the assignee as well.
In view of such submissions, the application is allowed and an additional 3rd Respondent is impleaded as the party in the appeal. The necessary amendment shall be carried out within two weeks. The proposed 3rd Respondent has already appeared and vakalatnama is being filed today.
Replies to the appeal shall be filed.
Post on 10.07.2023 before Registrar for carrying out amendment.
