Ld. Counsel for respondent bank represented that this Transfer Application is filed for transfer of SA 805/2021 on the file of DRT, Coimbatore to any other DRTs in Chennai and by virtue of Gazette Notification S.O.No.4717(E) of DFS, Ministry of Finance dated 4.10.2022, it has already been transferred to DRT-I, Chennai, as such, nothing survives and this Transfer Application has become infructous.
As there is no representation for appellants today, post the matter on 27.4.2023 for dismissal.
