The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed on 04.10.2023 by the Appellants seeking urgent relief.
Vide the impugned order dated 11.08.2023, the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad (D.R.T.) had, in Original Application (O.A.) No. 143/2023, imposed the cost of ₹25,000/- on the Law Officer of the Bank. The Appellant Bank is aggrieved by the said order and has come up in challenge in this Misc. Appeal.
