The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the Appellant for seeking urgent relief.

The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent seeks time to file a reply on the application for condonation of delay.

The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that there is some urgency in view of the contempt proceedings initiated against the officer of the bank and also the direction to restore possession of the secured assets to the borrower within the stipulated time and hence, the application for condonation of delay may be heard at the earliest.
