This matter is coming up today for compliance of pre deposit of Rs.72,10,370/- as per order of this Tribunal dated 25.9.2023 passed in IA 343/2023 (Waiver).
Advocate for petitioner/appellant represented that money could not be mobilized and for that reason a separate petition is filed seeking extension of time.
Though it is requested for grant of two months’ time, advocate for petitioner/appellant represented that at least four weeks further time may be granted considering the status of the petitioner/appellant. Request of advocate for petitioner/appellant for grant of four weeks time is considered and granted.
In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, four weeks time is granted, i.e., till 6.11.2023 to pay the amount.
