THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Mr. Rajat Kant Jha, Learned Counsel, appears for Respondents and submits that only yesterday he has received instruction and has yet not filed Vakalatnama for the Respondent Bank.
Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that the Respondent Bank was served on 29th of September, 2023, as would appear from the memo filed today which shows the negligent attitude of the Bank Officers that despite service of notice on 29th September, 2023, they did not contact their Counsel or instruct him.
