THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Admission
Appeal No. 102 of 2022 was dismissed on 18th July, 2023. As per Registry Rs.1.00 lac was deposited by the Appellant as pre deposit. Since appeal has been dismissed, Appellant is entitled to refund of the pre deposit with the interest accrued therein.
Accordingly, Misc. Application Diary No. 878 of 2023 is allowed.
