Present: Shri Amit Shukla, counsel for the appellant, Shri V. K. Shukla along with Shri Arvind Singh, counsel for all the respondents,
Learned counsel for the appellant files affidavit of service along with tracking report and states that all the respondents have been served.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondent no. 2 is a firm, proprietor of which is respondent no. 3- Shri Sandeep Goyal, who is being represented by Shri V. K. Shukla, Advocate. It is, therefore, contended that all the respondents have been served.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has not been served with the copy of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the respondents within 48 hours, who may file reply by the next date fixed.
