The present Appeal has been filed by under section 20 of the RDB Act against final order dated 14.12.2022 passed by DRT, Patna in M.A. No. 46/2017.
Delay Condonation Application being I.A. No. 246/2023 has been filed.
With regard to pre-deposit, the learned counsel has filed Waiver Application being I.A. No. 247/2023 stating that the appellant has already deposited 15 lakhs in M.A. No. 46/2017 and he is not in position to pre-deposit the amount as required in law.
