The matter was listedtoday for removal of remaining one defect at Sl. No.(vi) i.e. the case number is wrongly mentioned in para No. 6 in the fresh appeal received on 13.02.2023 in compliance of order dated 03/01/2023.

It is found that Ld. Counsel for Appellant sent a scanned copy of the pagethrough e-mail on 10/03/2023, mentioning it to be a corrected copyin respect of removalof above defect.

This appeal being Dy. No. 11 of 2023 was received by poston 02/01/2023 filed by Ld. Counsel, Ms. Anita Das on behalf of Intiaz Ahmed.On scrutiny of the application nine numbers of defects were observed and accordingly an order was passed on 03.01.2023 for removal of these defects.

There after the case was listed four times including a notice to the appellant.But by evening on13.02.2023 this office received some documents by post from the Ld. Counsel for appellant towards removal of defects as mentioned in the order dated 03.01.2023. On scrutiny of these documents it was found that except defect mentioned in sl. no.(vi) of the order,all other defects are been removed. Then the case was posted again on 17.03.2023 for removal of the remaining defect in sl. no. (vi)as mentioned in order dated 21.02.2023.
