Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 27.04.2023 passed by the DRT, Lucknow in S.A. No. 289/2021, whereby on review application, the order has been reversed.
The report of the Registrar dated 24.07.2023 shows that the delay condonation application being I.A. No. 458/2023 and misc. application being I.A. No. 459/2023 are pending consideration.
Issue notice to the respondents on the delay condonation application by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellants within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
