The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the Appellants for seeking urgent relief.
The Appellants had paid the two instalments and when the 3rd instalment was due for payment, the Appellants could pay only ₹25 lakhs towards 3rd instalment of ₹57, 50,000/- and time was sought by the Appellants and vide order dated 06.09.2023 extension was granted to the pay the balance amount due towards the 3rd instalment together with the last instalment that is due on 20.09.2023.
