I.A. No. 607/2023 is an application for condonation of delay for 15 days in filing the appeal which challenges the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal- Nagpur (D.R.T.) in Miscellaneous Application (M.A.) No. 18/2023 dated 30.06.2023. The delay is explained in the application.
Respondents Nos. 1 to 4 have filed the reply to the application for condonation of delay and vehemently opposed it. The delay in filing the appeal has been explained and I find no reason to decline the application.
Hence, the application is allowed. The delay of 15 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.
The appeal shall be taken on file and Respondents are granted an opportunity to file a reply to the appeal. Post on 29.09.2023 before the Registrar.
