The application for waiver of deposit stands posted today for consideration.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that he is depositing a sum of ₹10 lakhs with the Bank directly and on that condition, the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent bank under instructions from the officer of the bank who is present, undertakes to defer the taking over possession of the property scheduled to tomorrow i.e. 05.09.2023. It is submitted that the matter has been settled and that a consent term will be submitted by 08.09.2023.
