The Appellant was directed to deposit a sum of ₹2 crores as predeposit by 01.09.2023 and the Appellant has filed an application for an extension of time stating certain reasons to grant further time to deposit the amount.

The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank and also the Ld. Counsel appearing for the auction purchaser has vehemently opposed this application and seeks time to file their replies.
