The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank submits that the reply to the waiver application has already been filed and the copy served on the Appellant.
The Respondent No. 2 auction purchaser has already filed a reply and a copy was handed over to the Appellant. The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the Appellant would want to file a rejoinder to the reply.
The same shall be filed within two weeks and the application for waiver of deposit shall be posted for hearing.
The order against the auction purchaser prohibiting the creation of a third-party interest shall continue.
