The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent seeks time to file a reply on I.A. No. 424/2023 which is an application for waiver of deposit. The reply shall be filed with an advance copy to the Counsel appearing for the Appellant.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank submits that steps have not yet been taken to dispossess the secured assets and agrees to give two weeks’ notice before taking possession.
