The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a Praecipe filed by the Appellants for seeking urgent relief.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that their reply will be filed with an advance copy to the Counsel appearing for the Appellants.
The Appellants have already been protected by the impugned order of the D.R.T.-Pune till at least 24.06.2023. The Ld. Counsel appearing for Respondents submits that even if the amount which was directed to be deposited in an earlier Appeal which was filed by the Appellants there is a shortfall of around ₹11 lakhs to be deposited by the Appellants.
The Ld. Counsel for the Appellants expresses his willingness to deposit that amount as well within four days.
Post on 20.06.2023 for a hearing on the waiver application.
