The Appellant in the appeal is impugning the orders in M.A. No. 5/2021 of the DRT, which is an application for condonation of a delay of 210 days in filing the appeal u/s. 30 of the RDB Act.
There is a delay of 14 days in filing this appeal, and Respondent No. 3 who appeared has no objection to the delay being condoned. Under circumstances, the delay of 14 days stands condoned.
