The Respondent No. 1 Bank has filed a reply together with the statement of account regarding the amount i.e. due from the Appellant.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant seeks time to produce further documents in support of the application filed for a waiver of deposit. He intends to produce Income Tax Returns and the balance statement of the company to substantiate its case that the Appellant is undergoing financial strain. The documents shall be produced with a copy to the counsel appearing for the Respondent.
