It is submitted that there was direction to the Appellant to deposit a sum of ₹ 1.40 Crores before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank submits that said the order has not been complied with because the cheque was dishonoured and Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court stand posted to 05.06.2023. Hence await the order of the Hon’ble High Court.
