It is pointed out by the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent that the builder is undertaking to pay a sum of ₹1.3 crores to the Appellant Bank in order to wipe out the entire debt due from the Respondent and hence, the Respondent seeks time to wait and see whether the builder is complying with that the undertaking given by him by way of an email which has been received by the Respondent.
Hence, the hearing is adjourned to 30.10.2023.
