It is submitted that the Securitisation Application (S.A.) No. 98 of 2022 is ripe for a final hearing before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Mumbai (D.R.T.). The Appellant had come up with an appeal challenging the order of the D.R.T. declining to grant any protection in I.A. No. 1024/2022. However, the order of status quo is directed to be maintained till the disposal of the appeal. It is now submitted that the pleadings of the S.A. are complete, and the parties are eager to get the S.A. disposed of expeditiously.
Under the circumstances, this Misc. Appeal is disposed of with the direction to the D.R.T. to dispose of the S. A. No. 98 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within two months from the date of receipt of the order.
