THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

MA Dy. No. 82 of 2023 an application for recall of the order dated 25th July, 2022.
On 2nd May, 2022 an order was passed directing the Appellant to deposit Rs. 10 lacs within a period of six weeks as a pre-deposit. Order was not complied. Accordingly, vide order dated 25th July, 2022 Appeal was dismissed as not maintainable.
