THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
In view of the order dated 30th August, 2022, predeposit has not been made. Learned Counsel for the Appellant prayed for time to make the deposit. However, since sufficient time has already been granted, I do not find any ground to extend the time. Accordingly, since the pre deposit is not made, appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
