This is an application for extension of time for making pre-deposit. As per order dated 30th August, 2022 Appellant was directed to deposit 25% of the amount claimed within four weeks with effect from 30th August, 2022. It is submitted that due to illness and non receipt of certain amount the Appellant could not deposit the amount.
Matter is already fixed on 1st November, 2022 for hearing. In such circumstances, Appellant is permitted to make pre deposit by the date fixed for hearing.
