Learned counsel for the appellant has filed postal receipt along with tracking report to authenticate the service of notice upon the respondents.
The office report dated 11.01.2023 shows that the notices sent to the respondent nos. 2 & 3 have returned back with endorsement “left”, but there is no information with regard to the service of notice upon the respondent no. 1.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps within a week for service of notice upon all the respondents through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area, where the said respondents reside. The affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
