THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Misc. Application Dy. No. 651 of 2023 is filed by the Appellant for permission to make deposit of Rs.10,39,054/in compliance of the order dated 27th February, 2023 and also to recall the order dated 12th May, 2023 dismissing the Appeal in default of making pre- deposit.
It appears that on 22nd February, 2023 an order for making pre deposit was made to the effect that the Appellant should make a deposit on certificate amount of Rs.10,51,161/- along with pendente lite and further interest @ 14.75% of such amount. Compliance of the order was not made. Accordingly, Appeal was dismissed on 12.05.2023.
