IA 369/2023 (Extension of time):
This matter is coming up today for compliance of pre deposit of Rs.1,10,86,139/- as per order of this Tribunal dated 8.9.2023 passed in IA 189/2023 (Waiver).
Advocate for petitioners/appellants represented that today petitioners/appellants have deposited a Demand Draft for Rs.40.00 lakhs and filed a Memo to that effect. Ld. Counsel further submitted that a separate petition is filed seeking extension of time and requested four weeks further time to pay the balance amount.
For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, fours weeks time is granted, as prayed for, to pay the balance amount i.e., till 23.10.2023.
Application IA 369/2023 (Extension of time) is ordered, accordingly.

As per orders in IA 369/2023 (Extension of time), time is extended for payment of balance pre deposit amount till 23.10.2023.
Post the matter on 26.10.2023 for compliance of deposit.
