Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the opinion that since the matter is pending before the NCLT, in which moratorium has been declared and IRP has been appointment, therefore, there is no illegality, which may warrant any interference of this court in the order impugned. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed with no order as to costs.
