Brij Mohan Chopra vs. State Bank of India & Ors.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant has filed Urgency Application (I.A. No. 643/2023) and Stay Application (I.A. No. 644/2023) and prayed that in view of his Urgency Application, a short date may be fixed in the case.
The next date already fixed in this case is 08.09.2023 and in view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel, the matter was to be placed on 11.08.2023.
Now, as per the directions, matter is being preponed and placed on 10.08.2023 , before the Hon’ble Chairperson DRAT, Delhi.
In the meantime, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is directed to supply the copy of the Urgency Application to opposite parties and also intimate the date fixed, in writing, to the opposite parties.
