THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
As per the order dated 21st April, 2023, Appellants were required to make pre-deposit which has not been made. Thus, the appeal is not maintainable for want of pre-deposit. Accordingly the instant appeal, Diary No. 82 of 2022, is dismissed, being not maintainable.
