Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 10.01.2023 passed by the DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 625/2019.
The report of the Registrar dated 23.05.2023 shows that the delay condonation application is pending consideration.
Copy of the appeal has been served upon the counsel appearing on behalf of the caveator.
Issue notice to the remaining respondents on the delay condonation application by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
