Ld. Counsel for the appellant has submitted that interim relief has been sought in the Appeal itself which is being supported by the affidavit, hence, fresh affidavit in support to the Stay Application is not required and will argue the same before the Hon’ble Court. Appellant has also submitted that page Nos. 119,120, 131-133 are best readable copies available with him and are not relevant at this stage and will file the same if required.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 11.01.2023 passed by DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. No. 882/2022. Appellant has also filed Expedite Application being I.A. No. 103/2023 and a Stay Application being I.A. No. 104/2023.
