Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the securitization application is pending consideration before the Tribunal below, but a direction has been issued to proceed ex-pate against the Bank as the learned counsel for the bank could not appear on one date. Learned counsel prays that the Tribunal below may be directed to decide the S.A. expeditiously after hearing the parties.
After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands disposed off with direction to the Tribunal below to consider and decide the S.A. No. 31/2019, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law most expeditiously, after hearing the parties.
