Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on admission.
Issue notice to the respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that tomorrow i.e. 23.02.2023 is date fixed for final arguments of the matter, therefore, it is prayed that the interest of the appellant may be protected in the interregnum.
In view of the above, it is provided that the hearing may goon and may be concluded, but the final judgment may not be pronounced till the next date.
List this case on 15.05.2023 for service.
