Learned counsel for the appellant submits that a short question involved in the present matter is, as to whether the notice published in English and Hindi editions of the Business Standard only is sufficient circulation or not, because the Tribunal below has set aside the proceedings of the Bank holding that the publication has been made only in one newspaper.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that his reply is ready and shall be filed shortly.
