The present restoration application has been filed under section 22(2)(g) of the RDB Act for recalling the order dated 09.05.2023, whereby the appeal Dy. No. 960/2022 was dismissed for non-compliance.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to prepare the matter.
Perusal of the para 10 of the affidavit filed by the financial institution at page no. 78 of the paper book shows that the total amount payable by the appellant as on 05.10.2020 was Rs. 34,60,506.14 and Rs. 12,13,765.21. Let the appellant explain with regard to the same by the next date.
