Vide his Waiver Application he has submitted that against the outstanding dues of Rs. 16,00,000/- the bank has sold the property of the appellant with sale consideration amount of Rs. 20,30,000/- hence prayed to waive off compliance to deposit 25% of outstanding amount as required u/s 18(1) of SARFAESI Act 2002.
