Vide Waiver Application Ld. Counsel prays that he has already deposited Rs. 2,26,836/- after issuance of notice u/s 13(2) and today he submitted a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,75000/- therefore the total deposited amount is more than 25% of the Outstanding amount of u/s 13(2) of SARFAESI Act 2002.
