Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 23.09.2022 passed by the DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 918/2018, whereby the securitization application has been dismissed.
The report of the Registrar dated 13.07.2023 shows that the waiver application being I.A. No. 696/2022 and delay condonation application being I.A. No. 695/2022 are pending consideration.
Issue notice to the respondents on the waiver and delay condonation applications by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellants within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
