The Appellants were directed to make a pre-deposit of ₹1 crore towards which they immediately deposited ₹14 lakhs. The Appellants could manage a deposit ₹14 lakhs more towards the first instalment of ₹43 lakhs and filed an application at Diary No. 1135 of 2023 for an extension of time. The Appellants seek 10 days’ time. The Ld. Counsel for the Appellants submits that the Appellants are depositing ₹2 lakhs more today. The third instalment is due on 26.07.2023. The Appellants are directed to make a pre-deposit before that.
