The Appellants were granted an extension to pay the pre-deposit on or before 18.07.2023. However, they have not complied with the order and filed an application at Diary No. 1239 of 2023 seeking a further extension of four weeks to pay the amount. Sufficient indulgence has already been granted to the Appellants by granting them time to pay the amount. Therefore, the Appellants are directed to deposit the balance amount positively within the period of two weeks i.e. on or before 02.08.2023 failing which the appeals shall be dismissed. There will be no further extension of time.
Post on 03.08.2023 for reporting compliance regarding the balance payment.
