THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that this is an Appeal against an interim order passed in O.A. No. 200 of 2016 while O.A. has already been decided in September, 2021. Learned Counsel for the Appellant did not accept the contention and submits that he has to seek instructions.
