Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the restoration application.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he was suffering from fever, therefore, he could not appear on 19.09.2022 and the appeal was dismissed for nonprosecution.
The reason stated by the appellant is sufficient. Accordingly, the order dated 19.09.2022 is hereby recalled and the appeal stands restored to its original number.
