Learned counsel for the appellant submits that Rs. 20.00 lacs has already been deposited and today also Rs. 10.00 lacs has been deposited in this Tribunal vide demand draft no. 115675 dated 23.09.2022 for Rs. 5.00 lacs and D.D. No. 025606 dated 23.09.2022 for Rs. 5.00 lacs and the remaining amount shall be deposited shortly.
The learned counsel for the appellant has drawn attention of this Tribunal to the order dated 23.06.2022 passed by this Tribunal, by which the earlier appeal no. 06/2022 was finally disposed off with certain direction to the DRT concerned.
In view of the submission made above, the parties concerned are directed to maintain the status quo qua the property in question, as it exists today, till the next date.
The amount deposited by the appellant be kept in the form of FDR in Nationalized Bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.
Issue notice to the respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
