Perusal of the order dated 07.10.2021 shows that notices were issued to the respondents, but the office report dated 31.03.2022 reveals that notice sent to the respondent nos. 2 & 3 have returned back with the remark “left the address given”. Affidavit of service has not been filed. However, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps for service upon the respondents within 15 days through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area.
