Learned counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the earlier orders dated 23.07.2019 and 29.11.2019, the notices were issued. Affidavit of service has been filed. Neither A.D. Card nor Envelops have returned back to show that the respondents have been served or not.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps for service of notices upon the respondents within two weeks through paper publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
